Alpha5 Calendar
An internal scheduling tool operated by YQG Electric Inc.
Alpha5 Calendar connects Google Calendar to the YQG Command Center’s daily crew planner. It helps authorized YQG Electric personnel view scheduled jobs, organize crew assignments, and prepare work instructions.
How it works
After an authorized Google account user grants permission, Alpha5 Calendar reads calendar-list information and calendar events used for company scheduling. The connection is read-only. It does not create, change, or delete Google Calendar events. Authorized personnel review jobs in the crew planner. When a user publishes a crew schedule, selected job and schedule details may be included in crew-card images sent to the designated Discord scheduling channel.
Access and privacy
Alpha5 Calendar is intended for authorized internal business use. Access to the application is restricted. You can revoke its Google Calendar access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. For details about information handling and use of Alpha5, use the links below.
